氨基葡萄糖体内外定量检测方法研究进展

摘要 氨基葡萄糖是一种天然的氨基单糖,属内源性物质,作为药物已广泛应用于骨关节炎的预防与治疗。受其自身特有的理化性质的影响,其体内浓度测定存在较大难度。本文综述了氨基葡萄糖定量的高效液相色谱法和液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),并对方法进行了详细地比较分析,为复杂的样品中氨基葡萄糖的检测提供参考。 Glucosamine,a natural amino monosaccharide agent and endogenous compound,has been widely used for the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis.It is difficult to determine glucosamine due to its physico-chemical property.The high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry methods for detection glucosamine are summarized and described in detail in this paper.The aim of the review is to offer reference for detection of glucosamine in the complex samples and thus contribute to the in-depth research of glucosamine.
