Improved filter method for oral liquid using the terylene filter cloth

目的利用涤纶滤布改进口服液的过滤工艺,得到澄清、合格的制剂。方法以涤纶滤布替换传统过滤工艺中的滤纸,放置于板框过滤机上,并添加滑石粉做助滤剂,再将此设备用于过滤血康口服液、银黄口服液、复方甘草口服溶液等3种制剂,并与传统过滤方法所得制剂对比。结果改进工艺所得3种制剂澄清,质量合格。结论涤伦滤布改进过滤工艺符合口服液的制备要求,工艺简单稳定,可明显减轻劳动强度且生产成本更低。

Objective To obtain a clear and good-quality preparation by improving the technology of filtering using the terylene filter cloth.Methods Terylene filter cloth was put on the plate and frame filter instead of filter paper.Then three kinds of oral liquids of Xuekang,Yinhuang and Fufang glycyrrhiza compounds were filtered,using pulvis talci as the filtration aid.After that,the new preparations were compared with the traditional ones.Results The three kinds of improved preparations were clear,with good-quality.Conclusion The improved technology for filtration using the terylene filter cloth is simple,economical and up to the standard for oral liquid,with lower work intensity.
