摘要
根据锡电尘的性质和特点,提出了二段酸性浸出、P204萃取、盐酸反萃提铟新工艺,并进行了全流程的试验研究,明确了各工序的工艺技术条件。整个流程铟总回收率达到80%以上,其中锡电尘中铟的浸出率达85%,铟萃取过程中,得到品位在98%的粗铟。采用酸洗、草酸再生和定期碱洗等方法,解决了萃铟有机相老化问题。
This paper, according to the analysis of the tin dust, put forward the new technology of extracting In by sul- furic acid leaching, P204 extraction, hydrochloric acid reverse extraction etc, defined the whole process experiment study,and described the technics condition for every process. In the entire process, the total recovery of induim got more than 80% ,and the extraction rate of the induim got 85% from the tin dust. In the process of extracting indium, it can obtain crude indium which grades in 98%. By the way of acid washing,oxalic acid regeneration and alkali washing, the problem about organic media aging can be solved.
