摘要
对次氧化锌进行了不焙烧直接浸出和经多膛炉焙烧后浸出的试验研究,结果表明:次氧化锌直接浸出时的锌、铟浸出率要高于多膛炉焙烧后的锌、铟浸出率;采用一段浸出,锌、铟的浸出率随浸出温度的升高而提高;焙烧前次氧化锌用电解废液一段中浸后再浓酸浆化、浸出,渣计铟浸出率可达95%以上。
The experiments of no roasting direct leaching of secondary zinc oxide and after multiple hearth furnace roasting of it were carried out. The results show that in the direct leaching, the leaching rate of Zn and In was much higher than that of it after roasting. Adopting one stage leaching, the leaching rate of Zn and In improved with the temperature increasing ;The secondary zinc oxide was leached by waste electrolytic liquid and pulped by acid before roasting, the leaching rate of In could reach more than 95 %.
