摘要
采用固相法,利用掺杂技术合成钻酸锂(LiCoO2),研究了稀土复合掺杂对材料的影响,用XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析(LPS)、BET和充放电测试,对材料进行了分析。相对未掺杂的材料,在同样工艺条件下合成的LiCoO2具有更完整的结晶度、更大的中粒径,较高的压实密度;在25℃循环(1C,3.0-4.2V)100次,容量衰减减少了2.51%,在85℃/4h高温存储测试中,容量保持率和容量恢复率分别提高了2.85%、5.34%。
The spinel LiCoO2 was synthesized by the method of solid-state reaction, doping with multiple rare earth. The physical characterization was studied by XRD, SEM, Laser Particle Size Analyzer and Surface Area (BET) Analyzer, respectively, the electrochemical capability was investigated according to the battery testing. Relative to the undoped material which was synthesized under the same process, the doped one has more complete crystallinity, larger grain size, higher compacting density, and its capacity fading is dowm by 2.51% after cycling 100 times at 25 ℃ (1C,3.0 -4. 2 V), its capacity retention rate and capacity restoration ratio increase by 2. 85% and 5.34% respective- ly in the high temperature storage test at 85 ℃/4 h.
