摘要
提出和建立了原子荧光光谱法直接测定锑及三氧化二锑中痕量汞的方法,确定了分析条件。汞的浓度在0.25—2.00ng/mL范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限0.035ng/mL,结果相对标准偏差小于8.2%,回收率为98%~103%。该法已成为国家标准方法。
The paper proposed and established the method of detect measurement in trace mercury by the atomic fluo- rescence spectrometry of antimony and antimony trioxide, and determinated the analytical condition. The concentration of mercury in 0.25 - 2.00 ng/mL range had good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity, the limit of de- tection of it is at 0. 035 ng/mL, RSD of the measurement of it is under 8.2% and recovery in range of 98% - 103%. The law has become a national standard method.
