摘要
经济发展的过程实质上是产业结构不断升级的过程。在世界经济正处于大变革、大调整的背景之下,全球经济增速放缓,资源、能源价格上升,劳动力、土地、资本三大要素重新定价,广东原有发展模式难以为继。为实现产业从高碳增长模式向低碳发展模式转变,从广东产业发展现状出发,分析建立倒逼机制的必要性,理清机制构建的思路,构建机制结构模型,并以此为基础,提出以倒逼机制推动产业转型升级的创新路径。
The process of economic development is essentially a process of continuous upgrading of the industrial structure. In the context of world＇ s economy in a big change and adjustment, the growth rate of the global economy is slowing down, resources and energy prices are rising, and the three elements including labor, land, and capital are being re pricing. Guangdong＇ s original model of development can＇ t be continued. In order to make the development mode change from high carbon to low carbon, the article analyzes the necessity of forced mechanism＇ s establishing based on the present situation of Guangdong industry development. Then sorts out the ideas about forced mechanism and constructs the mecha nism＇ s structural model. Finally, it proposes innovative paths of forced mechanism to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
