摘要
利用浙江省6所高校调研数据,基于IVprobit模型考察了信任与高校教师科研合作的关系。研究发现:信任对高校教师科研合作产生积极作用,同时,信任关系会在高校教师间相互影响并随着高校发展水平的提升得以强化。此外,专业关联度与竞争度以及学校内部沟通也将在不同程度上影响教师科研合作。
Using the data from 6 colleges in Zhejiang, the paper studied the relationship between trust and research team work among college teachers based on IVprobit model. It revealed that: trust had a positive effect on research teamwork, meanwhile, trust which makes mutual influences among college teachers would be strengthened with college development. Besides, subject correlation and competition and communication as well would affect research teamwork in varying degrees.
