摘要
贴牌企业为我国经济的发展作出了巨大贡献,但在当前国际形势下,贴牌企业面临的诸多问题迫使其进行演化升级,但有关演化路径的研究至今没有得到统一认可。通过对大量国内外文献的梳理,对贴牌企业有关演化路径的文献进行剖析,分析归纳了四类演化路径:坚持原有OEM路线不作调整;根据GVC理论确立OEM-ODM-OBM路线;根据技术能力升级四阶段的演化路线;专研OEM代工,提升企业的技术水平。
The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) enterprise has made tremendous contribution to economy of our country, while the problems forced the evolution to upgrade in the current international situation. But the evolution path of the study has not accepted unified. The evolution path has dynamic and complexity characteristics. In order to promote the research advances, it is necessary to comb the study of the evolution path in time. Based on large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the paper analyzes the evolution path of the literature, then summarizes four kinds of evolution path : ad hering to the original OEM route which will not be adjusted; establishing the OEM ODM OBM route on GVC theory; establishing four stages of evolution route by upgrading technology capability ; specializing in manufacturing OEM to upgrade the technological level of enterprises.
