摘要
金融危机使我国制造型企业面临前所未有的挑战,制造型企业迫切需要寻求新的战略模式以获取竞争优势。结合平衡计分卡的基本思想,构建基于BSC的制造型企业客户关系管理战略模型,并在一个企业实际应用以验证模型的可行性和有效性。
In current worldwide economic crisis, Chinese manufacturing enterprises will face more severe challenges, which forces them to construct new strategy model to gain competitive advantages. Combining with the advantages of bal anced scorecard, the paper constructs a model of customer relationship management (CRM) strategy of manufacturing en terprises based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Finally, it illustrates the model in a manufacturing enterprise in China to verify tits feasibility and effectiveness.
