摘要
分析了第3代移动通信技术(即3G技术)的特点,并提出了一种将3G技术用于电力应急指挥系统的方案,扩展了电力应急指挥通信手段,增强了工作效率,降低了电网运行成本。
In this paper, characteristics of 3G mobile communication technology are analyzed. One scheme for the emergency command system of electric power with integration of 3G technology is provided. This expands the communication manner of the emergency com- mand communication of electric power, improves work efficiency and decreases the operation cost of the grid.
