摘要
随着风力发电迅速发展及并网规模的不断增加,对电力系统调峰运行提出了新的要求。由于风电出力波动性和随机性强,需要常规电源与其补偿运行,以平抑和减缓其对电力系统运行的不利影响。调节能力比较强的大型水电站,既是电力系统的重要调峰电源,同时也可以发挥对风电补偿调节作用,是解决风电消纳问题的有效措施之一。文章对水电站与风电补偿运行进行了初步探讨,认为水电与风电补偿运行是可能的,通过适当改变水库调节和电站调峰运行方式,合理增加水电站装机规模和调峰容量,可以促进风电消纳,进一步发挥水电站调峰作用和效益。
With rapid development and ongrid scale increase of wind power, new requirement on the peakregulating operation of the e lectric power system is raised. As the strong fluctuation and random feature of the wind output, the conventional power resources are re quired to operate with the wind farms in a compensation way so as to restrain and mitigate impacts on the electric system by the wind pow er. The largescaled hydropower stations with high regulating capacity are the important peakregtdating resources. Meanwhile, they play a role of regulating & compensating the wind power. This is one of effective measures for absorption of the wind power. In this paper, the compensating operation of hydropower stations and wind farms is discussed. It considers that it is possible for hydropower stations and wind farms to operate together in a compensation manner. Reasonable increase of the installed capacity and peakregulating capacity can promote the absorption of the wind power, further playing the role of the peak regulation and benefits of the hvdropower stations.
