Management of Variation Flow by Supervision Engineer in Nuozhadu Hydropower Project

监理工程师在工程实施过程中以合同为依据,合理确定和有效控制工程造价,是监理"四控制、两管理、一协调"工作的重要内容之一。文章以糯扎渡水电站工程施工阶段为例,逐渐摸索和总结出对变更的流程管理的一些做法,并对工程造价管理的作用进行了简要的阐述。

In the engineering execution, the supervision engineer reasonably determines and effectively controls the project cost based on the contract. This is one of important supervision contents of （quality, progress, cost ＆ safety） controls, （contract ＆ information） man agement and （organization） coordination. In this paper, methods for management of variation flow are explored and summarized according to the construction practice of Nuozhadu Hydropower Project. Furthermore, the function of the project cost management is described brief ly.
