Highlighting the Operation and Management Efficiency of Health Insurance for Residents By Integrating Resources in Ningxia Province

2010年,宁夏启动新农合和城镇居民医保制度整合工作,实现省级统筹的城乡居民基本医疗保险制度一体化。经过两年多的探索,全区初步建起城乡一体化的经办管理服务体系,为提升制度的公平性、普遍性、互通性、基金的共济性和使用效率提供了统一、高效的经办管理体制和运行机制。

In order to construct coherence, harmony and unity health insurance system for unban and rural residents on province-level, Ningxia started to integrate the urban resident health insurance system and the new rural cooperative medical service system in 2010. After two years＇great effort, the new united resident health insurance system in whole province has been basically implemented with united and high efficient operation and management system, which enhances the fairness, universality, interoperability of rules and regulations, improves the mutuality of resident health insurance fund and promotes the efficiency of operationand management.
