新农合定点医疗机构监管现状分析——以承德市为例

An Empirical Analysis of the Current Supervision of the New Rural Co-operative Medical System's Designated Medical Institution——In Chengde Cty, for Example

承德市各县区对新农合定点医疗机构实行内部自我监管与外部监管两种方式。县区新农合管理中心每年对定点医疗机构进行考核,按考核得分确定优、良、一般、差四个档次。通过持续的考核,优良档次医疗机构逐渐增多,差档的逐渐减少,考核成为监管的有效措施。

Internal self-regulation and external supervision are two methods for the management of new rural co-operative medical system＇s designated medical establishments in Chengde. The management center in counties make routine assessment to the NRO Medical Establishments annually, grading them into excellent, good, average and bad by scores. Via constant assessment, excellent and good establishments have increased while the ones with lower scores have reduced. The assessment was proven to be an effective way of supervision.
