酌定减轻处罚制度有利于促进量刑的公正性和合理化。当前,我国应当进一步完善立法,从而最大程度地发挥酌定减轻处罚制度;同时,应当健全相关的量刑程序和量刑制度,从而使得量刑更加规范化。

The discretionary mitigated punishment system is conducive to promoting fairness and rationalization of sentencing. At present, we should further improve the legislation so as to maximize the implementation of discretion- ary mitigated punishment system. Meanwhile,we should also strengthen the relevant sentencing procedure and sys- tem so as to make sentencing more standardized.
