摘要
实验采用真空镀膜法在火棉胶上制备了银膜,由其圆环电子衍射图样考察了银膜的晶面、衍射斑的亮度。结果表明,随着电压的增大衍射环中心斑的亮度逐渐增强,同一晶面的衍射环半径减小;所镀银薄膜存在(111)、(200)、(220)、(311)、(420)、(422)、(333)、(442)和(620)晶面。
Ag films were deposited on collodion substrates by vacuum evaporation method.The crystal faces and the relative intensity of diffraction spots were studied by electron diffraction pattens of Ag film.Results show that the intensity of diffraction spots is increased and the radiuses of diffraction rings are reduced with increase of the voltage.It exist in evaporated Ag thin films that crystal faces are(111)、(200)、(220)、(311)、(420)、(422)、(333)、(442)and(620).
