高职院校师生关系调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on the Teacher-student Relationship in Higher Vocational Colleges

师生关系是教师和学生在教育教学过程中形成的特殊的社会关系和人际关系。传统的以教师为中心的师生关系,显然早已不适合当代社会现实的需要。通过对188名高职学生和52名高职教师进行问卷调查,分析调查报告,提出建议:教师是影响师生关系的最主要因素,教师必须严于律己,公平公正,积极主动地和学生交流;学生应该端正态度,提升素质,与教师配合互动;学校方面则应促进师生交流,三方共同协作,以营造出和谐的师生关系,达到更完美的教育效果。

The teacher-student relationship is developed in the process of teaching and learning.The traditional relationship,which was teacher-centered.It doesn＇t meet today＇s social needs any longer.Based on two respective questionnaire surveys towards 188 students and 52 teachers,the author makes a few suggestions.As the key factor to the relationship,the teachers should be strict with themselves,be fair to their students,and be positive when communicating with them.Meanwhile,the students should develop their learning attitude,strengthen their confidence,and give timely and effective feedback to their teachers.Moreover,the schools should promote the mutual understanding and help the harmonious relationship be bettered.
