摘要 背景microRNAs(miRNAs)是一群长约21~23个核苷酸的小片段非编码内源性RNAs,通过在转录后水平调节多个靶标,参与多种信号通路的调节,在诊断疾病、评估预后、防治疾病等方面具有广泛的应用前景。目的阐述miRNAs在神经系统中的作用。内容miRNAs在神经系统的生长发育分化过程、神经系统退行性疾病、神经系统肿瘤以及脑损伤的发生发展过程中的重要作用。趋向miRNAs可用于神经系统疾病的诊断、防治。 Background MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of endogenous, small non-coding RNAs that mediate post- transcriptional gene silencing by complementary binding to the 3"untranslated region of target mRNAs. Accumulating evidences demonstrates that miRNAs regulate gene silencing in many signal pathways. Objective Review the role of miRNAs in the nervous system, Content The role of miRNAs in neuronal development, differentiation, as well as the pathological progression of neurodegenerative disease, the nervous system tumor and brain isehemia. Trend MicroRNAs have been ideal candidates for diagnosis, prognostic evaluation, preventing and curing disease.
