相对分子质量和短支链对双峰聚乙烯结晶性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Relative Molecular Weight and Short- branched- chain on the Crystallization Behavior of Bimodal Polyethylene

摘要 主要研究了相对分子质量和短支链对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司生产的双峰聚乙烯样品结晶行为和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:双峰聚乙烯的支化度越高,结晶度就越低;数均相对分子质量越大,支化度越小,结晶度越高,且支化度对结晶度的影响比相对分子质量的影响更显著;此外,相对分子质量越大,支化度越小,结晶温度越高。 The effects of relative molecular weight and short - branched - chain on the crystallization behavior and mechanical property of bimodal polyethylene sample produced by SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. was studied. Result showed that the higher the branched degree, the lower the crystallinity of bimodal polyethylene samples was; the higher the number average relative molecular weight, the lower branched degree of bimodal polyethylene samples was, the higher the crystallinity was ; and the effect of short - branched - chain on the crystallinity of bimodal polyethylene was more powerful.
