摘要
研究了DOT-100脱烯烃技术在重整装置上的工业应用。结果表明:在反应温度135~185℃、反应压力0.8 MPa、质量空速0.75 h-1和原料溴指数为750~1 500的条件下,DOT-100催化剂具有优良的催化性能,单程寿命高于工业试验,再生剂催化性能无明显损失,产品溴指数长期维持在10以下。而通过优化的三反应器串联应用模式,可以进一步发挥催化剂的使用性能。
The industrial application of DOT - 100 de - olefin technology in reforming unit was studied. Results showed at the reaction temperature of 135 -185 ℃ ,reaction pressure of 0.8 MPa,weight speed of 0.75 h-1, and bromine index of raw material of 750 - 1 500, the product bromine index maintained below 10, and the DOT- 100 catalyst had good catalytic performance, one - way catalyst life time was higher than that of industrial test, the catalytic performance of regenerator had no obvious application mode of three towers in series, the catalyst performance could be damage.
