摘要
目的 探讨不同级别脑膜瘤组织中细胞增殖和调亡情况。方法 对40例术前未经任何治疗的脑膜瘤手术标本,分别进行凋亡细胞的DNA缺口原位末端标记(TUNEL)和Ki-67抗原的免疫组化染色。结果 恶性及非典型脑膜瘤中Ki-67标记指数明显高于良性脑膜瘤(P<0.01),恶性和非典型脑膜瘤之间也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在恶性及非典型脑膜瘤中凋亡指数显著高于良性脑膜瘤(P<0.05)。结论 恶性及非典型脑膜瘤中自发性细胞凋亡增多。Ki-67指数和病理分级有很好一致性,能较好反映脑膜瘤的增殖特性。
Objective To investigate the inter-relationships between the spontaneous apoptosis and cellular proliferative activities in patients with benign, atypical and malignant miningioma. Method By use of the TUNEL technique and immuno-histo chemical method, the apoptosis index and Ki-67 labelled index were investigated respectively in 40 meniningioinas with different grades. Results The apoptosis index was significantly higher in high-grade meningiomas than that in the benign ones( P<0.05). As for the value of Ki-67 labelled index, it was 3.24±1.54% in the benign, 9.49±4.09% in the atypical and 23.59±8.14% in the malignant meningiomas. It was indicated that there existed significant differences Ki - 67 labelled index among meningiomas with different histological grades. Conclusions The authors concluded that there was a distinct correlation between the histological grades, the apoptosis index and the proliferative activity of meningioma. The apoptosis index was higher in atypical and malignant meningioma than in benign one. This difference was also present between atypical and malignant meningiomas. Ki - 67 labelled index could reflect the cellular proliferative activity of meningioma because it exhibited a good correlation with pathological grades of the tu-
