摘要
目的了解噪声对作业人员心血管系统和血脂的影响。方法收集上岗前1 170例和在岗期间加离岗时共5 258例噪声接触者在常州市疾病预防控制中心进行职业健康检查的资料,分析血压、脉搏、心电图和血脂水平。结果噪声接触组脉搏水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。女性26~35岁组,噪声接触者收缩压水平和高血压的患病率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。男性血压和血脂水平,噪声组和对照组差异均无统计学意义。结论噪声作业可降低接触者脉搏数,噪声对女性血压有影响,对男性血压、血脂未产生明显影响。
[ Objective]To understand the effect of noise on cardiovascular system and blood lipid level of workers. [Methods]The data of 1 170 workers with pre-job occupational health examination and 5 258 workers with on-the-job occupational health examination in Changzhou CDC were collected for analysis of blood pressure, pulse level , ECG and blood lipid level. [ Results ] Pulse level of noise exposm^e group was significantly lower than that of control group( P 〈 O. Ol }. The systolic blood pressure level and the prevalence of hypertension in female 26-35 age group were significantly higher than those of control group( P 〈 0.05 }. The differences of male hypertension and blood lipid level were not significant between noise group and control group. [ Conclusion] Noise exposure can reduce people ' s pulse rate. Noise can affect female' blood pressure and does not possess obvious effect on blood pressure and blood lipid of male.
