某钢铁厂119名放射作业人员职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis of occupational health examination results of 119 radiation workers in a steel plant

目的评价某钢铁厂119名放射作业人员的职业健康状况。方法按照《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》规定中的体检项目,对某钢铁厂在岗的放射作业人员进行职业健康检查。建立个人档案并录入信息库。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 119名放射作业人员异常检出100人,异常检出率为84.0%。异常检出项:眼科55.5%(其中晶状体浑浊7.57%),腹部B超49.6%,外周血象29.4%,血压10.1%,心电图31.9%,肝功能14.3%,肾功能8.4%,外周血淋巴细胞染色体微核率均≤3‰。结论在进行检查的放射作业人员中未发现与放射损伤相关的疑似病例,处于亚健康状况的人员占1/2以上,建议在做好放射防护的同时,从生活习惯、饮食、运动等方面提高身体素质。外周血象异常10人不符合国家放射人员健康标准,需暂时脱离放射工作,复查后方可评定是否适宜放射岗位。

[ Objective] To evaluate the occupational health status of 119 radiation workers in a steel plant. [ Methods] Based on the examination items of ＂Occupational Health Management Approach for Radiation Worker＂, occupational health examination was conducted on radiation workers from a steel plant. The data of personal profile was used to form a database and analyzed statistically by SPSS 13.0. [ Results] Of 119 radiation workers, 100 {84.0%} were detected abnormal. Anomaly detection items were eye 55.5%（ including lens opacity 7.57% ） , abdominal ultrasound examination 49.6% , peripheral blood 29.4% , blood pressure 10. 1%, electrocardiogram 31.9%, liver function 14.3% , renal function 8.4%, Micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome ≤3‰. [ Conclusion] Suspected cases related to radiation injury have not been found among radiation workers who received examination. The workers in sub-heahh status occupies above 1/2. It is suggested to do well in radiological protection, and improve physical fitness from aspects of lifestyle, diet, exercise. Ten radiation workers with abnormal peripheral blood are not in line with national health standards. They should be out of radiation work temporarily, and whether they suitable for radiation work depends on reexamination results.
