2012年十堰市茅箭区小学生龋齿患病现状分析

Analysis on prevalence of dental caries among pupils in Maojian District of Shiyan City in 2012

目的了解十堰市茅箭区儿童龋齿患病的现状，旨在有效预防儿童龋齿的发生，降低该区儿童龋齿患病率，增进儿童口腔健康。方法对茅箭辖区11所公立小学学生进行口腔免费检查。按常规用口镜、探针在自然光线下进行逐个视诊、探查，凡乳牙龋、补和恒牙龋、失、补均作为龋齿统计。结果检查6～12岁小学生共计3190人，其中男生1646人，女生1544人。患龋人数为2243人，总龋患率为70．31％。人均患龋数为2．58颗。其中男生患龋人数为990人，龋患率为60．15％，女生患龋人数1253人，龋患率为81．15％。结论该区小学生龋齿患病情况比较严重。该区积极开展口腔检查工作，以利于提高学生的口腔保健知识水平，使学生养成良好的口腔卫生习惯，并提高学生的口腔健康水平。

[ Objective] To understand the status of prevalence of dental caries among children in Maojian District of Shiyan City, effectively prevent the dental caries in children, reduce the prevalence of dental caries in this district, and promote oral health of children. [ Methods] The free oral examination was conducted in pupils of 11 public primary schools in Maojian District. According to conventional way, pupils were examined by oral mirror and probe under natural light. The caries and dental filling of deciduous teeth, as well as the caries, loss and dental filling of permanent teeth were regarded as the dental caries. [ Results] A total of 3 190 pupils aged 6-12 years old were examined, including 1 646 boys and 1 544 girls. 2 243 pupils were suffering from dental caries,and the total prevalence rate was 70.31%. The average caries number was 2.58. 990 boys had the dental caries with the prevalence rate of 60.15%, while 1253 girls had the dental caries with the prevalence rate of 81.15%. [ Conclusion] The status of dental caries among pupils is serious in Maojian District. It is important to carry out the oral examination, to improve the level of knowledge about oral health among students, promote the formation of healthy oral hygiene habits, and increase oral health level of students.
