射干润喉片抗炎作用研究

目的观察射干润喉片对慢性咽炎家兔模型咽部病理形态的影响。方法将家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、射干润喉片高、中、低剂量组,用氨水及松节油进行为期15d的咽炎造模。造模成功后阳性对照组给药华素片,正常组涂抹蒸馏水,其它组给药相应剂量射干润喉片,连续用药10d。观察一般情况、体温、白细胞(WBC)计数、中性粒细胞百分比(N)及淋巴细胞百分比(L)等的变化。结果各用药组都对慢性咽炎家兔的症状均有不同程度的改善,其中阳性对照组、射干润喉片高剂量组和中剂量组效果最佳。结论射干润喉片对慢性咽炎有较好的治疗作用。

For positive group to medicine HuaSu tablet （blank group except）, blank group give medicine distilled water, other groups to medicine Balamcanda ehinensis throat tablets, continuous administration for 10 days. Observation Balamcanda chinensis throat tablets in experimental chronic pharyngitis rab- bit general situation, the body temperature, white blood cells （hereinafter referred to as WBC） count, neutrophils percentage （N） and lym- phocytes percentage （ L）, and other changes. Results The drug for chronic pharyngitis rabbit symptoms all have different degrees of im- provement, high dose group best, but low, medium dose group general effect. Conclusion Balamcanda chinensis throat tablets in chronic pharyngitis have good treatment effect.
