中药丹参联合陈皮、柴胡治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fatty Liver Patients Therapied by Chinese medicine Salvia Miltiorrhiza Combined Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel and Radix Bupleuri

目的探究中药丹参联合陈皮、柴胡治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法随机选取2006年3月-2011年2月脂肪肝患者96例,随机分成两组。对照组采用以丹参为主药的复方汤剂进行治疗;实验组采用丹参联合陈皮、柴胡为主药的汤剂治疗。3个疗程后检测两组患者血清中特定物质含量,对疗效进行对比分析。结果两组患者经不同方法治疗后,均取得良好临床效果,但联合用药效果较仅用丹参为主药疗效更为显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论相对丹参单独用药,联合陈皮、柴胡治疗脂肪肝具有更好的临床治愈效果。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Salvia,Tangerine peel and Bupleurum on fatty liver. Methods Randomly selected from March 2006 to February 2011, 96 cases of patients with fatty liver,were divided into two groups. Control group use Salvia - based medicine compound preparation for treatment ; treatment group use Salvia Joint tangerine peel, Bupleurum based medicine preparations. Then detect the content of specific substances in the serum of the two groups of patients, comparative analysis of efficacy. Results The two groups of patients after treatment by different methods have achieved good clinical effect, but the treatment of combination was better than only Salvia （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Salvia Mihiorrhiza Combined Dried Tangerine or Orange Peel and Radix Bupleuri therapy fatty liver is better than use Salvia onlyand should be widely applied.
