健康教育对慢性光化性皮炎患者依从性的影响

The effect of the health education on the compliance in patients with chronic actinic dermatitis

目的评价健康教育对慢性光化性皮炎患者依从性的影响。方法随机选取慢性光化性皮炎患者61人,从"衣食药行"4个方面进行健康教育,在教育前后分别对4个方面进行Morisky量表自评,测量最近2次住院的时间间隔评价恢复期长短。结果 "衣食药行"4个方面的Morisky量表评分分别从7.67±0.56、7.83±0.38、7.63±0.49、7.79±0.41降低至2.25±1.07、2.63±0.88、1.29±0.69、2.04±0.95,恢复期从4.88±2.70个月延长至6.79±2.83个月,差异具有统计学意义。结论合理的健康教育可以提高慢性光化性皮炎患者的依从性。

Objectives To evaluate the effect of the health education on the compliance in patients with chronic actinic dermatitis. Methods 61 patients with chronic actinic dermatitis were selected randomly. All patients were given health education about clothing, food, drugs and behavior, and the Morisky scale were assessed before and after the health education. The convalescence was evaluated by calculating the interval between the last two hospitalizations. Results The Morisky scale about clothing, food, drugs and behavior de- creased respectively from 7.67±0.56,7.83±0.38,7.63±0.49,7.79±0.41 to 2.25±1.07,2.63±0.88,1.29±0.69,2.04±0.95. The convalescences was prolonged from 4.88±2.70 months to 6.79±2.83 months. The differences were statistical significant. Conclusion The health education could improve the compliance of patients with chronic actinic dermatitis.
