不典型慢性粒细胞性白血病1例报道并文献复习
摘要
不典型慢性粒细胞白血病（atypical chronic my—eloid leukaemia，aCML）是Ph染色体及bcr—abl融合綦闪均阴性的克隆性造血异常疾痫，具有骨髓增生异常和骨髓增殖性肿瘤（MDS／MPN）的双重特性。
