利用二次喷射抑制增压直喷汽油机超级爆震的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究缸内直喷发动机低速大负荷工况超级爆震的抑制措施,有效降低超级爆震的频次,基于优化后的单次喷射相位和燃油轨压,采用降低烟度方式确定二次喷射中后喷的相位和喷油比例,结合早燃(PI)稳态测试循环,通过发动机台架试验比较了两种喷射方式下的超级爆震频次。结果表明,二次喷射能够有效地降低发动机烟度,并对超级爆震具有良好的抑制效果。 In order to investigate the suppression measures of super-knock in a turbocharged gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine at low speed and high load as well as to reduce super-knock frequency effectively, the post-injection phase and injection ratio of secondary injection were determined by reducing the smoke based on the optimized single injection phase and fuel rail pressure. Combined with the pre-ignition (PI) steady state test cycle, the frequencies of super-knock in two injection modes were compared in the engine bench test. The results show that double injection can effectively reduce the engine smoke and has the good suppression effect on super-knock.
