PKP治疗陈旧性骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的效果 被引量:6

THE EFFICACY OF PERCUTANEOUS KYPHOPLASTY FOR OLD OSTEOPOROTIC VERTEBRAL COMPRESSION FRACTURES

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗老年陈旧性骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法经保守治疗无效的老年陈旧性骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折病人7例,均行PKP治疗。分析比较术前、术后24h和术后1个月随访时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和OSWESTRY功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果 7例病人手术均顺利完成,无严重并发症发生。病人术后24h及术后1个月与术前VAS比较,差异有显著性(F=427.74,q=35.54、36.10,P<0.05);术后24h与术后1个月比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。术后24h及术后1个月ODI与术前比较,差异有显著性(F=17.55,q=6.90、7.56,P<0.05);术后24h与术后1个月比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 PKP有创伤小、安全及迅速缓解疼痛优点,是治疗老年陈旧性骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折行之有效方法。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) in the treatment for seniors with thoracolumbar osteoporotie vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs). Methods Seven seniors with old OVCFs failed to re- spond expectant treatment were enrolled to undergo PKP. The results were compared with that before surgery, 24 hours and one month after surgery in terms of visual analogue scale (VAS) and OSWESTY disability index (ODD. Results All the operations were successfully completed without any serious complications. The differences of VAS between before and 24 h and one month af ter surgery were significant (F=427.74;q=35.54,36.10;P〈0.05), and that between 24 h and one month after surgery was not significant (P 〉0.05). The difference of ODI between before and 24 hours and one month after surgery was significant (F= 17.55; q=6.90,7.56;P〈0.05), and that between 24 h and one month after surgery was not significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion PKP has the advantages of minimal trauma, safety and quick pain relief, which is an effective method in the treatment of old thora- columbar OVCFs in seniors.
