摘要
目的了解2009年青岛市经济技术开发区老年人群恶性肿瘤新发病情况,为该区老年人群肿瘤预防与保健工作提供参考依据。方法收集2008年9月—2009年9月期间,青岛市经济技术开发区户籍人口中登记报告的所有≥60岁新发恶性肿瘤病人的基本信息,以及所有在此期间因恶性肿瘤而死亡的病人信息;对数据经过剔重、核对后进行顺位分析。结果该区共登记≥60岁恶性肿瘤新发病例292例,占所有年龄组新发病例数的55.36%。恶性肿瘤发病前10位的是:肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠癌、乳癌、直肠癌、胰腺癌、食管癌、胆囊癌及膀胱癌。结论加强恶性肿瘤的二级预防工作,降低肺癌、消化道肿瘤发病率是今后工作重点之一。
Objective To investigate new cases of malignant tumors in seniors over 60 years of age in 2009 in Qingdao economic and technological development zone, and provide reference for the tumor prevention and health service for seniors in that area. Methods The data concerning new cases of malignant tumors in senior residents registered in the area, during 2008.09-- 2009.09, and those died of malignancies in the same duration were collected and analyzed. Results A total of 292 new malignan- cies in senior patients were registered, which accounted for 55.36% of new cases in all. The malignancies in the elderly that ranked the top 10 were cancers of lung, stomach, liver, colon, breast, rectum, pancreas, esophagus, gallbladder, and urinary bladder. Conclusion Strengthening a secondary prevention of malignant tumors, and reducing the incidence of lung cancer and malignancies of digestive tract are one of the major tasks in future.
