黄芩中多种金属元素含量测定及其初级形态分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用湿法硝解法对黄芩样品进行预处理,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了河南及甘肃2个不同产地的黄芩样品中的28种人体必需或有害的金属元素,结果表明黄芩中含有多种金属元素,不同产地黄芩中金属元素种类基本相同,不同金属元素含量差异较大,变化范围在0.1μg.g-1(Se)~5 277μg.g-1(Mg)(河南产黄芩).进一步以溶出率为指标对黄芩样品中金属元素初级形态进行了分析,结果表明不同金属元素的溶出率不同,多数在30%以下,但多种金属元素的可溶态在85%以上,说明金属元素在黄芩中可能与其他有机化合物成分形成配合物,其与有机配体形成配合物的稳定性决定了其溶出率的大小,其中可溶态较大的金属元素则可能以自由离子的形式或与某种低分子量配体结合的形式存在由于颗粒小,易通过滤膜而较易被人体吸收.黄芩中金属元素含量及其初级形态分析的研究结果可以为多种中成药制成冲剂、汤剂提供金属元素含量与形态方面的相关信息. The Radix Scutellariae from different producing areas were first processed by wet digestion, and then 28 metal elemnts that may be essential or harmful to human being were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results indicate that the metal elements in Radix Scutellariae from different area were basically the same with the different contents, and the contents of different metal elements change in a wide range with Se 0. 1 μg.g-1-Mg 527 7μg.g-1 , take the sample from Henan Province for example. Furthermore, taking the leaching rate as index, the primary specia- tion analysis of metal elements in Radix Scutellariae was performed. The results show that the leaching rates of different metals are different, which are the majority less than 30% while several higher than 85%. The higher or lower leaching rates of differ- ent metal elements show that the metal elements can form complexes with other organic components in Radix scutellariae, and the stabilities of the complex is determined by its solubility and the size of the organic ligand, among the higher soluble metal elements may be existed as free ions or binding with lower molecular weight and forming easy to be absorbed particles by body and easy to through the filter membrane. The investigated results can provide information about metal elements content of de- coction and form to a variety of proprietary Chinese medicines into granule.
