摘要
对带金属膜介质输出窗建立等效电路模型并进行了无反射条件分析,结合Tchebyshev阻抗变换理论,给出了X波段矩形波导介质输出窗的全带宽设计方案。该介质输出窗采用0.5mm厚聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的介质片材料,该介质输出窗的最大电压驻波比理论值为1.11,实测值为1.18。
The equivalent circuit model of rectangular dielectric window with metal piece is established, and the analysis of the no reflection condition is carried out. And combined with Tchebyshev impedance conversion theory, the full bandwidth design scheme for the dielectric window or X-band rectangular waveguide is given. The dielectric window uses PTFE materials with 0.5 mm thickness, its maximum theoretic value of VSWR is 1.11, and measured value is 1.18.
