在物料平衡和热平衡的基础上,建立转炉静态数学模型,根据模型用VisualBasic开发出转炉静态模型控制软件。运用该软件可快速准确便捷的计算出转炉冶炼相关量,可指导优化转炉实际冶炼过程,且降低生产成本。
Based on the material and heat equilibrium, the static mathematical models of LD converter were established with VB. According to the model, the LD converter static control software was developed. You can get converter smelting related quantity fast, accurately and conveniently by using the software. And the software can be used to guide and optimize the actual process of converter smelting and reduce production cost.
