摘要 在pH=7.00的B-R缓冲溶液中,人血清白蛋白(HSA)均能与6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和激动素(KT)这两种天然细胞分裂素作用并产生不同强度的荧光猝灭信号.首先通过计算荧光偏振信号获得其荧光偏振度(p)和荧光各向异性(r)来区分6-苄基腺嘌呤和激动素这两种天然细胞分裂素,同时利用荧光猝灭信号和双标准曲线计量分析法对2种天然细胞分裂素进行同时测定,并将该方法应用于市售苦瓜和番茄样品表皮中6-苄基腺嘌呤和激动素的同时测定,结果令人满意. pH= 7.00 B-R buffer solution, HSA could react with natural cytokinins of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin and produced different fluorescence quenching spectra signals. The degree of fluorescence polarization (p) and the degree of fluorescence anisotropy (r) were calculated based on the measure- ments of the polarized fuorescence signals to distinguish two natural cytokinins of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin. Simultaneously based on the fuorescence quenching spectra signals and the double standard curve method, a novel method for simultaneous determination of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin was de- veloped. The method was applied to simultaneous determination of 6-benzylaminourine and kinetin in balsam pear skin and tomato skin with satisfactory results.
