摘要
针对目前大直径直缝埋弧焊管JCO成型弯曲压下量预测困难的问题,采用弹塑性弯曲理论对JCO成型过程进行理论分析,获得了弯曲角、成型力和弯曲压下量等的计算式,并通过实验验证了该数学模型的准确性。实际应用结果表明:该计算方法可提高大直径直缝埋弧焊管的成型质量。
Addressing the existing problem that it is difficult to predict the JCO bending reduction of the large- sized SAWL pipe, theoretic analysis of the JCO forming process is conducted with the elastic-plastic bending theory, resulting in the calculation formulas for bending angle, forming force and bending reduction, etc., And the accuracy of the mathematic model is verified by relevant experiment. Actual application result demonstrates that with the above mentioned calculation method, formation quality of the large-sized SAWL pipe will be improved.
