关节松动术治疗下肢骨折后功能障碍的疗效分析

目的 评估关节松动术在下肢骨折后功能受限中的治疗效果。方法 120例下肢骨折患者分别接受常规疗法和关节松动术，测量治疗前后关节活动度 (ROM)和大腿周径，并据此确定疗效。结果 两组膝关节 ROM和大腿周径的改善程度有显著性差异

Objective To evaluate the effectivness of mobilization techniques in treating dysfunction complicated with limb fracture .Method one hundred and twenty patients with lower limb dysfunction after fracture treated with either mobolization or traditional interventional techniques in the period of 1992-1998 were reviewed and the result of the two groups were compared .Result In viewing the ROM of a knee joints and circumference of the thighs ,improvement in 96％ of the patients in the mobilization group was reated as good and 85％ in the traditional intervention group rated good.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P
