电信指导对脑外伤病人家庭康复影响的调查研究

Following up by phone or letter influences the family rehebilitation of patients with cerebral injury

目的 对重度颅脑外伤 228例家庭康复病人进行调查分析，了解家庭环境对病人康复的影响程度。方法 将出院病人随机分为电信指导组和出院常规指导组，分别在病人出院后 3、 6和 12个月评估病人的日常生活活动能力 (ADL),认知情况和语言表达能力。结果 两组患者基本动作评价无明显差异，但认知能力、听理解能力、交流能力都有显著性差异，

Objective To investigate the influence on patients with severe cerebral injury by family environ ment ,.Method The patients were divided into two groups :phone and /or Letter guidence group and routine guidence group .Three, six and twelve months later, ADL, recognifion ,and language expression were evaluated .Result In phone and /or letterguidence group, the ability of ADL,recognition ,listening comprehension and conversation were signifcantly improved .Conclusion phone and /or letter guidence ofter discharge is important for the patients with severe cerebral injury.
