急性心肌梗死患者早期康复护理

Early rehabilitation nursing of acute myocardil infarction

目的 对 317例急性心肌梗死患者进行 2周康复程序的早期康复治疗。方法 随机观察 42例急性心肌梗死患者，以配对原则分为康复组 20例和对照组 22例，均经内科心肌梗死常规治疗，治疗组加康复治疗。结果 治疗组在离床时间，第 3周末 6 min步行距离，心理测定及住院时间，半年后生活质量评审均优于对照组。结论 早期康复治疗可降低病死率，预防并发症及恢复长期卧床而减少的运动能力，通过康复活动使心脏功能恢复到较好状态，特别是可促进心理和生活质量的恢复，回归社会。

： Objective Consulting experience at home and abroad ,we gave 317 acute myocardiac infarction patients early rehabilitation tret ment in a two weeks' rehabilitation programme with satisfactory result .Method To observe randomly 44 acute myocardiac infarction patients who ,according to pair matching principle ,were diwided into two groups ,the rehabilitation group and the control group ,both of which were treated with routine internal medicine therapy in terms of myocardiac infarction ,with rehabilitation treatment added to the former.Result The observation showed that the former group was superior to the latter in duration of up and about ,six minutes'walding distance at the end of the third week ,psychological assay ,hospitalzation duration ,and living quality evaluation after half a year .Conclusion lt is suggested that early rehabilitation treatment may lower the death rate ,prervent complications and regain the moving abillty weakened due to long term bed rest, recover heart function to a better condition through rehabilitation activities ,especially recover psychological and living quality for the patients to return to society .
