摘要
目的 研究脊柱前路手术植骨融合时 ,使用人工骨替代自体骨的可能性。方法 将兔腰椎间盘摘除后分别植入带骨形态发生蛋白 (BMP)的增韧陶瓷骨( HA-ZrO2)和自体髂骨,行扫描电镜观察和生物力学测试。结果 电镜观察复合骨成骨能力略迟于自体骨( 12周复合骨生长情况与 9周自体骨相同);生物力学测试证实复合骨抗拉力低于自体骨, 9周和 12周时两组差异有显著性( P0.05)。结论 复合骨可以应用于临床脊柱融合,建议临床上用于不宜取髂骨植骨融合患者。
: Objective To determine whether it is possible to use artificial bone instead of autogenous bone. Methods Porous hydroxyapatite (HAP)/ZrO2 ceramics loaded bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) were implanted after removing lumbar vertebral disc in rabbit. The adjacent intervertebral disc were also removed in the same way and autogenous illic bones were implanted. Two materials were compared by SEM and biomechanics test. Results Compound bone had a bit lower osteoinductive activity than autogenous bone by SEM(Osteoinductive activity of artificial bone in 12 weeks was the same as that of autogenous bone in 9 weeks); Biomechanics test revealed that compound bone had lower anti-pull strength than autogenous bone,there were prominent difference between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Compound bone can be applied for auterior spinal fusion, especially for those patients who can't use autogenous bone.
