目的 探讨高血压病患者的左心功能。方法 使用彩色多普勒超声心动图技术检测单纯收缩期高血压 (ISH)、单纯舒张期高血压 (IDH)和双期高血压 (EH)青年、中年、老年患者的左心收缩及舒张功能。结果 青年组心功能指标无明显变化。中年组与对照组比较， ISH、 EH组舒张功能指标减退
