摘要
智能电表是构成智能电网体系中的重要基础设备,它可以实现各种用户的计量数据采集、预付费管理、分时电价和阶梯电价等用电智能化管理的功能。简要介绍了智能电表的概念与构成原理,分析了智能电表技术发展的新特点及趋势,总结了智能电表可靠性技术的国内外发展现状。
As an important foundation for the construction of the smart grid system, smart electricity meter can be used for intelligent management, such as a variety of user measurement data acquisition, pre-paid management, timeshare function of the electricity price and so on. Concept of smart electricity meter is introduced. New features of the smart meter technology development and trends are analyzed. Present research status of the reliability of the smart electricity meter home and abroad are also summarized.
