摘要
分析了汽车玻璃加工生产线的生产流程,并将加工过程中产生的成本划分为了库存成本、切换成本和闲置成本。为降低生产成本,研究出影响生产成本的主要因素(批量)与生产成本之间的关系。采用eM-Plant仿真软件进行仿真建模,通过仿真收集分析所需要的数据,并用固定长度样本法对收集的数据在保证精度要求的情况下进行了可信性分析,拟合出了批量和各生产成本之间的数学关系函数。
This paper analyzes the processing lines of automobile glass, and the cost is included inventory cost, switching cost and machine idle cost. To reduce the production cost and research the relationship between the cost of production and the main factors (lot sizing),a simulation model is built based on the eM-Plant, it collects the data which it is used for analysis through the simulation, and it is certificated through the method of fixed length samples under the situation of guarantee accuracy requirements, and get the mathematical relationship function between the lot sizing and the production cost.
