摘要
论述在基于有限元软件ANSYS平台下,对结构进行优化的步骤。综合应用拓扑优化,参数化建模,形状优化的方法对产品设计进行优化。并以应力集中力扩散结构设计为例,验证了所提出的优化方法的可行性。为结构优化提供了一种有效方法。该方法能够很好地为实际工程设计与分析服务提高建模效率和准确性,并能够对传统解析模型难以分析的一些参数进行分析。
This paper discussed procedures of structure optimization based on the ANSYS, Parameterized modeling and figure optimization were implemented to optimize the scenario of product. Stress concentration structure design was used as an instance to validate the feasibility of optimizing method. The paper provided a efficient measure to struction optimization. The method could perfectly improve the efficiency of modeling and accuracy for the practical project and analyzing service. Some parameters of traditional analytic model which are difficult to analyze could be analyzed in this case.
