摘要
针对传统离心滚筒式甘蔗剥叶机构存在的主要问题,提出弹簧铰链式甘蔗剥叶机构设计方案,提高剥叶效果和剥叶元件的使用寿命,并可自动适应不同蔗径和不同弯曲度的甘蔗剥叶。
According to the main problems of traditional centrifugal dram type sugarcane leaf stripping mechanism, put forward the design scheme of spring hinge type sugarcane leaf stripping machine, to increase the effect of cleaning leaf and element life, and it can adapt to different diameter and different bending degrees of sugarcane automatically.
