摘要
分析了半蝶片的外形结构,制定了合理的工艺方案和排样方案,设计了该零件多工位级进模,并详细叙述了该模具结构与设计要点。经生产验证:模具结构设计合理,可以有效地提高产品质量和生产效率,降低生产成本。
The outline structure of a half-butterfly-plate is analyzed in this article. A reasonable forming process and layout program are established, a muhi-position progressive die is designed, and its die structure and design points are described in detail.
