摘要
目的探讨HIV感染者外周血B细胞数量及百分比的变化情况及其与CD4+T细胞数量和病毒载量水平的关系。方法抽取未治疗的HIV感染者(untreated group)、高效抗逆转录病毒治疗者(HAART group)和HIV抗体阴性健康对照(HIVnegative group)新鲜外周血,经流式细胞仪检测B细胞数量及百分比以及CD4+T细胞数量和百分比;经RT-PCR的方法检测病毒载量。结果未治疗的HIV感染者B细胞数量及百分比均显著低于HAART组(P=0.004;P=0.001);健康对照B细胞数量及百分比均显著高于未治疗的HIV感染者(P<0.001;P=0.001),同时健康对照B细胞数量也显著高于HAART组(P=0.028)。另外,未经治疗的HIV感染者B细胞数量及百分比均与CD4+T细胞数呈显著正相关(r=0.731,P<0.001;r=0.588,P=0.002),与病毒载量未见相关(r=-0.149,P=0.476;r=-0.029,P=0.889)。经HAART治疗后B细胞数量逐渐得到恢复。结论 HIV感染改变了B细胞数量及百分比,经过HAART治疗后B细胞数量及百分比可以得到逐渐恢复。
To investigate the changes of counts and percent of B cells in HIV-infected patients,fresh peripheral blood samples were collected from two groups: the untreated group and the HAART group.We also collected HIV negative individuals as health control.Then we detected B cell counts,CD4+ T cell counts and viral loads for our study objects.We found the counts and percent of B cells were significantly lower in the untreated group than those in the HAART group(P=0.004;P=0.001);the counts and percent of B cells were significantly higher in the HIV negative group than those in the untreated group(P 0.001;P=0.001).Meanwhile,the B cell counts was significantly higher in the HIV negative group than that in the HAART group(P=0.028).In addition,the counts and percent of B cells of HIV-infected Chinese correlated positively with CD4+ T cell counts(r=0.731,P 0.001;r=0.588,P=0.002),but not correlated with HIV viral loads.Our results indicate that HIV infection changes the counts and percent of B cells,and this change can be gradually restored by HAART treatment.
