摘要
介绍了PVC冷风送料系统工艺流程,给出了具体的工程设计计算过程,并针对冷风送料系统运行过程中出现的混合器管道堵料和旋转下料器处产生塑化物的问题进行了改造。
The process flow of PVC cool-air feed system was introduced. The specific calculating process of engineering design was provided. Reforms were carried out to solve such problems as material jam in the mixer pipe and plastomer formation at rotary feeder during the running of the s.ystem.
