摘要
研究了CPE用量对CPVC体系力学性能、耐热性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明:①CPE与CPVC的相容性较好,可有效提高CPVC体系的韧性,但同时会降低其刚性和耐热性能;②CPE可降低CPVC体系的熔体黏度,延迟塑化,改善其加工性能;③采用CPE作为冲击改性剂,可生产出符合国家标准的CPVC管材,从而降低其配方成本。
The effects of CPE dosage on the mechanical property, heat resistance, and process- ing property of CPVC system were studied. The results showed that: O CPE had good compatibili- ty with CPVC, effectively improved the toughness of CPVC system , but reduced its rigidity and heat resistance; (~) CPE could reduce the melt viscosity of CPVC system, delay plasticizing, and improve the processing property; (~) When CPE was used as an impact modifier, CPVC pipes which reached the national standard could be produced at a reduced cost.
